An Australian Council of Trade Unions' spokesperson confirmed the ACTU had lodged a complaint as a volunteer was seen handing out a photocopy of the One Nation how-to-vote senate card at the Civic Centre pre-poll booth in the Gilmore electorate.
The photocopy depicts the front of the One Nation card in black and white. However, the authorisation for the card is on the backside of the legitimate how-to-vote card.
"Voters have a right to know who's standing behind the material they're being handed," the ACTU spokesperson said.
"There has already been a large amount of unauthorised materials from actors on the extreme right of politics this election, and this appears to have continued on the Ulladulla pre-poll booth.
"The rules are not hard to follow and they apply to everyone."
ABC Illawarra reports the AEC said it will ask One Nation to add an authorisation to the cards or stop distributing them.
