Darryl Robert Gama, 43, has maintained not guilty pleas to charges film person's private parts without consent - aggravated, film person's private parts without consent and produce child abuse material.
Gama appeared in a closed court in Milton on Thursday, May 16.
The freelance photographer is allege Gama knowingly filmed another person's private parts to obtain sexual arousal or sexual gratification without consent of the person being filmed in circumstances of aggravation, being the person filmed was under the age of 16, according to police charts sheets tendered to the court.
The offences allegedly occurred between 3pm and 3.30pm on December 28 at tourist hotspot Lake Conjola.
A closed court hearing has been set for October 10 with a second date set for October 24 at Milton Local Court.
