The club welcomed Shoalhaven City Councillor Nina Digiglio, a specialist clinical nurse consultant for Parkinson's NSW.
Nina spoke of the growing and urgent need for an MRI machine in the Milton-Ulladulla area. It was suggested that the Stroke Recovery Club and Parkinson's local groups should band together to lobby local member, Shelley Hancock, to aid their cause.
It was suggested an invitation be forwarded to Mrs Hancock to attend the September meeting.
The Ulladulla Stroke Recovery Club extends an open invitation to all to attend meetings held on the third Friday of each month at Ulladulla Catholic Church Hall, from 10am.
