Rotarians run the event for people with car and motorcycle parts, household goods and other collectables to display for other collectors to browse, swap or buy.
Browsers and collectors will find amongst the treasures; fishing gear, produce, tools, camping, motor-home and caravan accessories.
You also could make it a social event with your family and friends.
This year's Rotary Car Boot and Swap Meet will be held on Sunday morning May 26 from 6:30am at the historic Milton Showground, Croobyar Road, Milton.
Most site holders start packing up after 12.30pm and so don't sleep in.
The meet is for whatever people want to sell, buy or swap with like minded people and definitely beats organising your own garage sale at home trying to sell your unwanted items.
You could simply drop by, have a look around and find a bargain.
This is an opportunity to clear your garage, shed and wardrobes.
Toss everything you don't need into a trailer or your car boot and come to the swap meet.
There will be more than a thousand people shopping for a bargain or that elusive vehicle part.
So come along have a stroll amongst the treasures, have a coffee, a bite to eat, chat with friends and neighbours, support your local Rotary Club, local charities and have a great time.
Car parking is available onsite free of charge, hot rods, vintage and classic cars will be on display.
For a donation of $4 or $10 for family you gain entry to the whole car boot sale and swap meet.
Children under 15 years get in for free.
For site holders site cost is $25, plus $10 for public liability insurance.
If you do not have an existing PLI Certificate of Currency, and if stall holders wish to camp overnight in the Showgrounds campsite there will be a $17.50 camping fee.
Be there, bring the family; Rotary's famous jumping castle will be there for the kids to enjoy for free, there will be a great coffee van and the classic steak sandwiches bar will be open. Book a site by calling Rotarian John Payne 0425 360 075.
