Players took part in round robin singles matches in their respective age groups.
The match of the day was between brothers Thomas and William Hatcher-Nee in the 12 years boys division.
Tom flew out of the gates powered by his best tennis skills to capture a lead of 5 games to 1.
Facing a convincing loss head-on, William fought hard to win the next four games to reach 5-all and a tie-breaker position.
