The idea, born from a member in the local Men's Health and Cancer Support Group, is close to coming to fruition with further funds being donated from a Milton real estate business.
The team from Raine and Horne Mollymook/Milton donated $500 to the Cancer Outpatients Appeal of Milton Ulladulla with all funds raised from sales of the Coastscape 2018 photography book.
The book features coastal images from local photographers who entered the business's Escape ArtFest competition last year.
Cancer Outpatients Appeal president Peter Still praised the support of the NSW Government, Raine and Horne and Bendigo Bank for donating funds for the purchase of two defibrillators.
A public launch is expected to be held once installation of both defibrillators is finalised in the coming weeks.
