Peter James Hollis, 39, pleaded guilty to conducting himself in an offensive manner in a public place on River Road, Sussex Inlet.
According to police facts tendered to the court Hollis was observed about 5.16pm outside the front fence of a River Road property "holding a VB long-neck in his left hand and his flaccid penis in his right hand".
He was observed urinating on the front fence in plain view of the public.
Police stopped and spoke to Hollis and he denied urinating on the fence. As police spoke to him they formed the opinion he was "well-affected by intoxicating liquor". Police photographed the incident and later spoke to the occupant, who did not "at any stage give anyone permission to urinate on his fence".
Hollis was convicted and fined at Milton Local Court on Thursday, June 13.
