Representatives from a variety of career paths held stall - students could chat to police officers, fashion designers and bee keepers.
One of the most popular stalls was the Royal Australian Navy's flight simulator.
By the end of the day, some students were still keeping their options open, while others had a clear career path mapped out.
Ulladulla High School students Rohan Smith and Rheif Lindberg were on opposite ends of the spectrum.
"I'm not 100 per cent sure, so I came here to find out what there is to do," Rheif said.
"It's been good to see what career options there are. I've gotten a bit out of the day, like how many different things there are to choose from."
Rohan said he wanted to work in aeronautics.
"I think if you don't know what your path is then it's good to find out what's out there," he said.
