Doreen Sheehan was presented with a 25-year member certificate at the Dunn Lewis Centre on July 9.
Ms Sheehan has been a willing worker as past secretary, committee member and is also still enjoying regular games of carpet bowls.
Outgoing president Peter Vaughan presented Ms Sheehan with her certificate. Also, member and friend Betsy Kerr has been with the branch for 23 years it was noted.
Following the presentation, the AGM was held. Ron Collet was welcomed as the branch's new president and Mr Vaughan was praised for his leadership and contributions.
The CPSA meets at the Dunn Lewis Centre each Tuesday and Thursday from 10am to 2pm for morning tea and fun games of carpet bowls. New member are always welcome.
