Holly Burns, 7, was diagnosed with Vanishing White Matter Disease - a rare and terminal brain disease.
On Saturday, August 31, a gala night for 350 guests will be held at the Civic Centre, Ulladulla.
The special evening will raise funds for Holly, who is cared for by her mother Amanda and father Daniel.
Funds will assist the Burns find van suitable for a larger wheelchair and other necessary equipment and aids Holly needs.

"Being a degenerative disease, Holly will gradually lose her sight, hearing, motor control and bodily movements, including swallowing," Amanda said.
As part of the fundraiser the Holly Burns Foundation plans to organise a silent auction, Hollywood Star Walk of Fame and other prize related activities.
Donations may include meal vouchers, holiday stays, or other suitable items to use a prize or auction item on the night.
