Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District is hosting free carer's workshops for people who care for those with chronic illness, disability, mental health issues or fragility/age.
The workshops run over three Wednesdays - September 4, 11 and 18 - at the Milton Ulladulla Hospital's oncology meeting from 9.30am to 2.30pm.
The workshops cover services and supports, planning ahead, health and wellbeing plus it's an opportunity to meet other carers.
