Strong wind warnings have been issued for the Illawarra Coast down to the Batemas Coast, with a gale wind warning for the Eden Coast.
The winds are expected to continue throughout today and into tomorrow where gale warnings have been issued for the Illawarra and Eden coasts and a strong wind warning for the Batemans Coast.
In Ulladulla winds have been constant between 22 and 39km/h with gusts of 57km/h at 4.30am, 56km/h at 3.47am and 9.30am, and 50 km/h at 11.30am according to the latest weather observations at the Ulladulla Area Weather Station.
In Nowra the winds have been constantly above 35 kilometres an hour since 11.30pm on Sunday, August 18.
