A Mollymook woman accused of ripping off Ebay customers and two real estate agencies has pleaded not guilty to all charges.

Louise Lyel, 54, faces four charges of dishonestly obtaining financial advantage by deception. In Milton Local Court on August 8, she entered pleas to the charges and was remanded on bail to a Mollymook address.
According to charge sheets presented to the courts, police allege Lyel used fraudulent identification to rent accommodation from Ray White Real Estate Mollymook during April 11 to April 24, 2019 and did not pay $4492.85 during the period.
Between November 8, 2018 and May 1, 2019, police allege Lyel again used fraudulent ID to rent a property in Milton and she allegedly owes LJ Hooker Ulladulla $7200.

Police also allege she did not deliver iPhones she sold on Ebay to two victims in June this year.
Between June 21 and June 26, Lyel is accused of not sending two iPhones costing $1045 to a victim. Police allege Lyel, between September 22 and September 27, did not send a victim a phone which she was paid $470 into her bank account.
Her bail was continued on August 29 and she must report to Ulladulla Police Station twice a week.
Her next appearance at Milton Local Court is on October 17.
