First to take the field on grand final day was the Dockers division one women's side - who locked horns with the Dapto City Unicorns.
The Dockers raced out to a 2.2-14 to 0.0-0 lead by quarter-time, before extending it to 22 points by the main break.
That lead stretched to 29 points by three-quarter-time before the match finished up 4.5-29 to 1.1-7 - sealing the Dockettes first premiership.
In the 22-point win, Meg Buchanan (best on ground), Melanie Staunton, Kristelle Westbrook, Luxmi Selvakumaran, Shannon Lloyd and Bethany Crouch were all standouts.
Following this win, the Dockers division two men's side went toe-to-toe with Northern Districts.
The Dockers jumped to an eight point advantage by quarter-time, before a dominant second quarter saw the purple haze go into half-time up 3.4-22 to 1.1-7.
Their lead quickly grew to 25 points at the end of three quarters before the Dockers held off a late fightback by the Tigers to win 5.12-42 to 5.1-31.
In the 11-point win Jared Smith was named best on ground, while Daniel Peat, Matthew Thompson (who kicked two goals), Taj Treweek and Mitchell Hancock also produced strong games.
