Luxury spa owner Louise Lugg is coordinating a Wellness Expo to run beside the relay for life on Saturday, November 23.
The expo will be a luxurious, nurturing space. An area will be set-up with mini-pamper sessions in cubicles with all funds going to the main event.
Holistic health practitioners or not-for-profit organisations will have tables around the room, offering information and items.
"Each table is encouraged to have little giveaways and donate a prize that they can raffle on their on table to raise funds to donate to the cause," Mrs Lugg said.
In the centre of the room there will be bean bags and chairs for people to sit on as they hear from yoga and dance coaches, acupuncture specialists, nutrition experts, a doctor and cancer survivors. People are free to listen or leave when they want.
The talks will be fun and educational, Mrs Lugg said.
"It will be like a conversation with people. It's all to do with your wellness journey."
Relay for Life will be held from 9am to 9pm at the Ulladulla Civic Centre. There are nine teams currently registered and the goal is to raise $40,000.
The expo will run from 9am to 5pm at bottom room in the Civic Centre.
