Kayo Sports generously offered Liam four box seats to watch the game with his family after hearing that his Morton home had been affected by the fire on January 4.
It was an incredible evening for Liam, who is enjoying his very first season of playing cricket for Ulladulla's under-11 team.
However, the highlight of the night was a surprise visit from Sean Abbott.
Sean shared that his family has a holiday house in the Milton-Ulladulla area, so he spent a lot of time in the community during his youth and he had been receiving updates about the fire.
The injured Sydney Sixers players said his thoughts were with all of the families impacted by the fire.
Liam and his family are extremely grateful to the Sydney Sixers and Kayo Sports for their kindness and generosity.
The Sixers went on to win an exciting game - bringing fresh inspiration to Liam to hit more sixes for the Ulladulla United Cricket Club.
Liam also loves taking the ball and sending down some wicket-taking deliveries.
We are pretty sure Sean Abbott now has a new number one fan.
