We have dogs of all sizes and breeds, some cute kittens and even a horse.

We put the call out for one reason - we wanted to make people smile.

Let's face it - we all need to smile and have a laugh in these uncertain times.

We would be amazed if at least one of the photos, if not them all, does not make you smile.

The good news is you can still get involved.

So send in a photo and a brief description of your cat, donkey, goat, bird, dog, pony, snake and other pets - the more the better.

Please include things like the pet's name, breed and why he or she is so important to you.
