Shoalhaven City Council was planning to open the popular facility back up tomorrow (Friday) but has been forced to cancel the reopening.
Excitement boomed around social media, just days ago, when word came out that the pool was going to reopen
However, this initial excitement appears to have been premature.
The Public Health Order covering NSW councils has not yet being officially lifted.
Shoalhaven City Council will provide an update as more information comes to hand.

According to the Federal Government's latest public health advice here are some changes to the Public Health Order coming into effect from Friday: outdoor gatherings of up to 10 people, cafes and restaurants can seat 10 patrons, up to five visitors to a household at any one time, weddings up to 10 guests, indoor funerals up to 20 mourners, outdoor funerals up to 30 and religious gatherings/places of worship up to 10 worshippers.
