After the coronavirus pandemic delayed the start of the season to July 18, the Bulldogs restarted workouts last week - following clearance from the NSW government.
On Tuesday, the club's men's group held a crossfit session at Crossfit Huey before holding their first ball work session on Friday.
Moving forward, the men's squad, who will play reserve (coached by Paul Winshuttle) and third grade as well as under 18s (mentored by Matt Stewart), will continue to train twice a week - with contact work allowed from July 1.
While the women's squad, which will have two women's league tag teams as well as an under 18s tackle side, are training separately to the men - due to COVID-19 restrictions.
Steine Lofts (WLT1), Cheyanne Hatch and Gemma Afflick (WLT2) and Sam Anderson (tackle) are the women's coaches for 2020.
