"Big Country is all about coming together, and it is clear now that September 2020 is not the right time for that," the promoters said in a statement.
"We are excited to share that the artists, entertainers, bulls, stalls and mouth-watering food trucks will all still be joining us on Saturday, May 8."
According to the promoters, all tickets are automatically valid for the new date.
If the new date doesn't work, ticketholders have the option of requesting a refund up until August 6, 2020, and they will be sent an email from Moshtix with details on how to do this.
General public tickets to Big Country 2021 are on sale now from Moshtix.
