The Sydney man was at the Milton Ulladulla Ex Servos Club on Saturday September 12 from 2pm to 6.15pm.
He also visited Carlo's Italian Ristorante on September 12 from 8pm to 9.30pm.
Both the club and restaurant management made the decision to undertake voluntary precautionary measures, including temporary closure.
The Sydney based taxi driver also visited Bannisters Pavilion Rooftop Bar and Grill in Mollymook on Sunday September 13 from 12.30pm to 2.15pm.
Only four staff members from Bannisters Pavilion Rooftop Bar and Grill came in contact with the man and they are also following NSW Health guidelines but remain open at this stage.
Local testing is available at Milton Ulladulla Hospital [4454 9100] and Ulladulla Endoscopy Clinic [4455 5422} - for both places, you need to call ahead to make an appointment.
Carlo's Italian Ristorante, in the meantime, will now be closed until further notice for deep cleaning and is awaiting advice from NSW Health.
"We are sorry for the inconvenience and look forward to seeing you again soon at Carlos," restaurant management said.
Milton Ulladulla Ex Servos Club management issued an online statement.
"We will be conducting a deep clean and the club will be closed until further notice and advice from NSW Health department," the statement read.
"This is a voluntary precautionary measure.
"The safety of our patrons and staff is paramount and we have decided to take this preventative action to minimise any risk whilst we complete the deep clean of the club.
"The club has provided NSW Health with the contact details of all patrons and staff who visited the club on September 12 and they will be contacting these individuals in an effort to reduce the potential for any further transmission.
