But although they played in three straight grand finals, they have only one Blackmore Bolden Shield (2017) to show for it - as well as a competition championship in 2018.
They will get a chance to add to their trophy cabinet on Saturday when they take on St Georges Basin in the 2020 grand final at South Nowra's Ison Park.
"It's been an ideal preparation for the boys over the past two weeks," Tigers coach Dale Russell said.
"Everyone is super relaxed and are raring to go - Saturday can't come quick enough."
While some teams might use the past two grand final losses as motivation, Russell admits his side aren't worrying about the past and only on the task at hand on Saturday.
"To reach the grand final four years is a massive achievement and one that can't be underestimated," Russell said.
"We got the chocolates the first year but were beaten by two very strong sides in Gerringong and Huskisson-Vincentia the past two, but that's all in the past now.
"A number of our senior players have been there before and know what is needed to get the job done.
"But then there are a couple of newer blokes to the squad like Harry Ellem, Jyle Smith, Brock Toscan and Brodie Chapman who have cemented their spot in first grade set-up and haven't been in this position before - they are champing at the bit to play."
Bomaderry got the better on Saturday's opponents in the major semi-final but Russell rubbished claims that will have any bearing on the result.
"In a grand final, it's about those two teams and who performs best on the day," he said.
"That win two weeks ago was great but it means nothing now.
"We know what we need to do and we are expecting a vastly improve Basin side on Saturday."
If at the end of 90 minutes, Bomaderry is in front, Russell admits how special the victory will be.
"At the start of this weird season, which we didn't even know if it was going to go ahead, we sat down as a playing group and made a goal to get all three men's teams in the grand final," he said.
"First grade made it but unfortunately, even though the other two made the semis, they fell just short.
"The pressures now on us to bring home the shield - which is the ultimate prize and the reason we all play.
"And with everything going on with our coach Nathan [Aldridge], we really want to win for him, because he deserves it more than anyone - he's had a huge impact on all of us as players and as men."
First grade kicks off at 3pm at Ison Park, which will follow the third grade (Huskisson vs Illaroo at 11am) and reserve grade (Shoalhaven United vs Basin at 1pm) grand finals.
