At West Street Oval, the hosts started the semi-final on fire, kicking the match's first three goals, to lead by 22 at quarter-time.
That lead stretched out to 25 by the main break and 42 at three-quarter-time, before the Vikings ran away with it 7.15-57 to 2.1-13.
Liam James and Andrew Allmark kicked three and two goals respectively for the hosts, while Mitchell Donohue and Taj Treweek were the only Dockers to trouble the scorers.
In the defeat, Rory Smith, Cohen Smith, Gary Warburton, Harrison Donohue, Luke Russell and Treweek did all they could for the Dockers.
The Vikings will now play Figtree in the grand final on Saturday, October 10 at North Dalton Park.
In other news, Dockers' Caleb Kersting was recently named the division's leading goal-kicker with 28.
