Citing an "unprecedented amount of harassment and false accusations", key members of the Conjola Community Recovery Association Committee (CCRAC) have resigned from their honorary positions.

Their resignation comes shortly after one of the group's key projects was recently put out for community consultation.
The group's masterplan for the Holllake Grove and Yooralla Bay area looks to have caused division in the community, leading to the committee's resignation.
The committee announced their resignation online this week.
"Despite working for almost 10 months following the New Year Eve fires, for all residents who had been fire-affected, but especially those who lost homes in Conjola Park, we have been continually criticised with our integrity questioned, falsely accused of fraud, 'bad-mouthed' on numerous social media sites and posts with false information and little regard for the facts," the statement said.
The CCRAC says all its dealings and funding submission were open and also had "in-principle support" from Shoalhaven City Council.
"The situation is now untenable. Our financials have been audited and approved. No funds have been expended without appropriate prior approvals," the statement went onto read.
"No funds donated for infrastructure projects have been spent.
"The funds donated specifically for the master planning process [requested by the CEO, SCC] have been expended and that project is complete.
"It is now up to the membership of the a to nominate for these vacant positions and carry on with the work of the association president, vice president, treasurer, secretary and three committee member positions by October 26."
The former committee hopes the funds they received will still be used to support the community.
Support for the CCRAC in the community remains strong.
"I know how hard you have all worked since New Years Eve and the physical and emotional toll it has taken. You can all walk away from this with your heads held high," one comment read.
"I would like to thank the committee for all the hard work and time they have taken out of their own lives to support and help residents in these very trying and worrying times," another comment read.
Meanwhile, Shoalhaven City Council last month held a virtual community meeting to enable all community members to comment and contribute to the Draft Conjola Connected Communities Masterplan and Yooralla Bay Concept Plan.
It followed a series of on-site discussions with various community members including discussions with the Conjola Recovery Association (CCRA), TAKT Studio for Architecture were engaged by the CCRA and have developed a concept plan for Conjola Park that identifies improvements including shared paths, playground, adventure play, pump track, community building, jetty, pontoon, basketball half-court and more.
Council has also been made aware of a petition conveying the concerns of the Conjola Park residents regard to the draft plan for the area.
