ACT Policing seized three boats, three Harley Davidson motorcycles, a caravan and trailers from locations in Batemans Bay and Kambah, last Thursday.
Police had previously taken two cars in August, when the bikie gang leader was arrested following a joint investigation with NSW Police.
The 32-year-old is now facing court in NSW on firearm and criminal group related offences.
Detective Superintendent Scott Moller said it was clear when people involved in organised crime were living beyond their means.
"The most successful part of this legislation is removing the assets from these criminal enterprises stops them re-investing those assets in our community," he said.
"It's very clear when an offender doesn't have the financial income to support their lifestyle.
"Removing assets limits offenders from re-investing money in illegal activities or expanding their wealth to commit more crime.
"This is a warning for anyone deriving any kind of gain from criminal activity - we'll be pursuing you and your assets.
He said offenders believed investing the money into a house or other property would protect it.
"But we'll prove that if you're making money out of it, it's not safe and we'll be taking your house and anything else that may be connected to your criminal behaviour."
Detective Superintendent Moller expected more property would be seized as the investigation continued.
"Our end game is that there's no profit in crime in Canberra and our detectives are using these new unexplained wealth laws to make sure of that," he said.
