THE Illawarra Steelers' unbeaten Tarsha Gale premiership defence continued on Saturday, as they downed Parramatta 42-12 at New Era Stadium.

During the 30-point win, Lily Rogan (two), Annabel McDonald (two), Teagan Berry (two), Checoby Murray and Chantel Tugaga scored tries for Alicia-Kate Hawke's side.
Mollie Bonham (three) and Tiana Graham (two) also added conversions in the Steelers' third win of 2021.
During the round four win, Hawke's side featured Group Seven's Teagan Berry, Riley Scott, Mackenzie Lear and Jordyn Preston (all Stingrays) as well as Lily Rogan and Alivia Brown (all Bulldogs).
This proved to be the only time the scarlet and white tasted victory on Saturday, with the previously unbeaten Harold Matthews side going down 28-12.
In the 16-point loss, James Walsh (two tries) and Kynan Clough (two conversions) got on the scoreboard for Aaron McDonald's under 17s outfit.
Gerringong's Dylan Egan, Kane Graham, Jack Quine and Hamish Stewart and Stingrays' James Walsh all gave their all in the defeat.
Finally, Glenn Buffolin's SG Ball side secured their first points on the season, by drawing 20-all with the blue and golds.

Thomas Phillips, Cooper Tunbridge and Alexander Lobb crossed for four-pointers, with the latter adding four kicks.
Albion Park-Oak Flats' Benjamin Lavender, Milton-Ulladulla's Riley Wooden, Kiama's Travis Barrett-Hancock and Shellharbour's Clive Brett were all standouts in the draw.
Looking ahead to round five of the NSWRL competitions, all three sides take on rivals St George at the Collegians Sporting Complex - with Tarsha Gale (10am) kicking off proceedings, followed by Harold Matthews (11.30am) and SG Ball (12pm).
