Speaking with an official from Keno this morning, the overjoyed winner relayed the moment he discovered his life had changed forever.
"I feel like I am walking on water," he laughed.
"It's just unbelievable! I am still shaking this excitement off."
The man had just left when the win happened and didn't find out until his dad called the next day to tell him to check his ticket.
"She was frozen and couldn't move or speak. It was the funniest thing I have ever seen," the Nowra man laughed.
"After a few moments, she laid on the floor but she was still silent. She was in a complete state of shock."
When asked how he planned to enjoy his prize, the stoked bloke held no hesitation.
"We are going to use it to build a house," he explained.
"We did spend a little of it already though and celebrated with some of our friends."
The winning entry was purchased at Archer Resort. Venue manager Nathan Goode said he was ecstatic for his local winner.
"It's awesome when someone wins a major prize at our venue and we can't wait to do it again."
