The Kembla Grange-based trainer won both the 1100 metre benchmark 58 handicap and 1400 metre benchmark 66 handicap.
The first win, ridden by Jess Del Frari, was with Spectrometer, who edged out Jarrod Austin's Blazing Beau and Tara and Philippe Vigouroux's Enigami for line honours.
This was backed up when Miss Jenny, jockeyed by Keagan Latham, pipped Brett Lazzarini's Delude by 0.1 length - with Terry Robinson's Roseirro claiming third.
Markwell's strong showing on Sunday was completed in the 1100 metre class one handicap, when her Willy Wilson ran second to Gary Portelli's Deepstar.
The day was also a special one of the Treweeke family, as the 1400 metre maiden plate was called the Get Well Tricky race.
The race was taken out by Gai Waterhouse and Adrian Bott's Maranoa, from Anthony Mountney's Lambardi and Gary Portelli's She Can Talk.
This was one of two victories claimed by the Waterhouse and Bott combination, with Raahiyah winning the 1200 metre maiden plate, ahead of Gary Portelli's Sea Stitch and Jean Dubois' Charlemagne.
Other winners on the day included Jarrod Austin's Miss Barty's Party (1000 metre maiden handicap) and David Pfieffer's Duchess Adele (1600 metre class two handicap).
