Just months after claiming their second Blackmore Bolden Shield in four seasons, the black and gold's title defence will start on the road on Saturday, as they travel to the St Georges Basin Sporting Complex.
Dale Russell and his Tigers, who have lost James Eldred, Brendan Kellett and potentially Jordan Haddow while adding Mick Hampton, are expected to be once again in the mix for the Blackmore Bolden Shield.
While the Dragons, who are again coached by Craig Holden, have added trio Daniel Keegan-Mills, Zack Hind-Langwade and Zach Hale to offset their mass exodus including the likes of Fraser MacQueen, Blake McGinn, Flynn Meyer, Jordan Reid and Tyrone Nye-Williams - with Cain Mooy and Sean Peak missing due to long-term injuries.
This is one of four games of the opening round, with Trevor Skingle's Shoalhaven United having the bye.
At Sharman Park, Andrew Timbs and his Roos, who have lost the services of Sam Swan, Martin Stan and potentially Hayden Strand, will take on SG Leather's Manyana, who return to the competition after a one-year hiatus.
Players to keep on for the Wanderers in 2021 will be Cob Williams, Richie Howell and Tom Kegs.
Shoalhaven Heads-Berry, in year two of Hayden Lavender's reign, has added Matt White, Gavin Dostal, Jye Findlay, Hayden Chapman, James McDonald, Tyler Simmonds and Alex Morrison to their 2021 squad - while only losing Tom Page, Lewis Terry and Josh Marks.
The Sharks will travel to Emmett Street Oval in week one and take on the Callala Brumbies.
The Brumbies, who will be coached by Samara Wehmeyer, will rely on skipper William Patterson as well as Kye Irwin and James Magee in 2021.
Irwin is one of three new faces at Callala, alongside Sebastian Sezoneko and Jarred Holbrow - with Nicholas Evans, Jorge Pena and Brandon Politano leaving the club this season.
Down at Lighthouse Oval, Saturday will mark Nick Palagyi's first in charge of the Milton-Ulladulla Panthers - who host the Huskisson-Vincentia Seagulls.
Jarrod Murray, Broc Barbaric, Arlo Crowley, Nathan Hendry, Ray Gyorgy and Dane Garnon are some of the new faces for the Panthers squad in 2021 - which will be without the services of Rhys Wilson and Blake McCluskey.
The 2019 premiers Huskisson-Vincentia have a new captain/coach themselves in Gary Niemeier, who takes over from Rob Hawker.
The Seagulls' squad will feature plenty of youth in 2021, with the likes of Lewis Archibald, Brendan Hiriart, Scott Fagerlund, Alex Boardman, Luke Nolan and Corey Ryan all moving on.
This will be the first of 18 rounds (plus a spare weekend on June 12), with the last home and away fixtures to be played on Saturday, August 21 - before finals start the following weekend.
