The program aims to give community members an opportunity to get together and talk about what they love about where they live, and future opportunities in our towns and villages.
Staff from Council's Community Connections team will visit each town and village in the Shoalhaven to meet with interested community members over the next 12 months.
Cunjurong Point and Bendalong will host the Community Voices team next week [Wednesday May 12].
The Community Voices team will be at Cunjurong Point from 10.30 am to -12.30 and Bendalong from 2pm to 4pm.
The venues are yet to be announced.
Council's Director of City Lifestyles Jane Lewis is encouraging community members to meet with council's representatives to participate in the program.
"This is your opportunity to share ideas that could help your community thrive in the future", said Ms Lewis.
"Council is interested to hear what you like about your community and your ideas and suggestions for the future. These discussions will help better understand what's important in our communities.
"The Community Voices program continues Council's focus on engaging with a broad range of community members."
Locations of future village visits are listed in the schedule on Council's website and will be updated every three months.
