FELL ON DEAF EARS
The decision by transport NSW is an absolute joke. So much for community consultation. The route should go further west and rejoin the highway at Termeil. I would hope the community fight and reject this stupid proposal.

UNHAPPY VOTER
Constance you are a joke, another bad call to add to your list. Next election will be the first I don't vote liberal, you are a disgrace who ignores the voters who gave you the right to represent them not rule over them.

RECURRING NIGHTMARE
Seriously, Barnaby Joyce leading the Nats again is like a nightmare that won't go away. Together with his Coalition mates this Morrison Government continues to unimpress at every level.

STILL WAITING ON RESPONSE
Since having replies is like pulling teeth out of our local member I thought I would send you a copy of the email I was sent for you to publish so many can see it. I have the permission of the sender, Jen Thomson, to do this.
Jen sent this to Shelley Hancock.
Hi Shelley, I have contacted you numerous times regarding Milton /Ulladulla bypass exiting North of Burrill Lake, Canberra Crescent. As many residents concerns have been disregarded in relation to Burrill Lake, I would like to enquire what impacts resident of Burrill Lake will be felt? How will residents in Canberra Crescent be impacted, residents along the Highway, Princess Avenue, etc, we and other residents have been given no answers as to whom will be impacted, will residents have easy access to their homes, will homes be closer to highway, what side will bypass exit, beach side, western side? Will there be another roundabout, will there by flyovers, will any business be closed?
Surely when looking at all options a costing would have been submitted and if true and accurate costing submitted then a proposed path would have been planned, especially since such a old proposal that is the option chosen. These are the questions everyone has continually asked and told no decision, or worse no response or replies. As the decision has been made now against a lot of opposition, we deserve some answers.

PLEASE, NO MORE
Thursday June 24, Gareth Ward on Nowra's UUU Community Radio said, he "has another $11.7 million and regardless of objections he is determined the Shoalhaven District Memorial Hospital will expand into the adjacent Nowra Park."
Well, Gareth, don't listen, but at least release the "Clinical Services Plan" and let us have a clue about what we can expect this time after you have spent our money.
Despite the community telling you it would not work, you went ahead, spent $11.8 million on a new multi-deck car park opened in December 2019; it has been a complete failure.
The Nowra GP Super Clinic built to "take the pressure off the Shoalhaven Hospital's emergency department," cost $7 million and it doesn't deliver.
Bay and Basin, the largest population in NSW without a hospital, this is our chance to fix that problem, but you say No!
Illawarra have stolen 60 of Shoalhaven's public hospital beds, every year Shoalhaven is losing around $46 million just in wages, to say nothing about lost services. And you turn a blind eye.
Traffic congestion is destroying Nowra CBD's viability and you have no answer. Gareth and Shelley, please no more! You are leaving us with too many problems!
B. Hancock, Nowra
