I am on home dialysis four times a day and must use paper towels and metho sterelisetables etc - these things are increasing hard to obtain anywhere. They are essential for me to perform my dialysis please expletive consider others.

I must do this everyday for my life, don't be greedy leave some things for others like myself who need them for a medical condition. I would not be the only one around like that. Please think of others instead of yourself.

The announcement that Transport for NSW is sticking with the preferred option for the Milton Ulladulla bypass is controversial. It's also the right call.

For anyone that's reviewed the traffic data, the preferred option will take twice as much congestion out of Milton and Ulladulla than the western options. the preffered option would take 50 per cent of traffic out of town.

Western options would only take 25 per cent out of time. That means, in the space of a decade, daily traffic jams would be as bad as they are now if we went west!

Also, do we really want to push our visitors that far west of town? Imagine what that would do to businesses. Keeping tourists close to town is the only way to keep them visiting our ships and businesses.

We also need to think about the cost. Going west would cost way, way more!

Do we really want our government to pay more for something that will actually do less? It can't be justified. Would anyone out there buy a TV that worked half as well but cost twice as much? I don't think so.

It's time to accept this is what's happening and we all take a calm breath. The 'West is Best' campaign has been very hard on the people with properties and businesses out west.

Can you imagine a mob of people shouting slogans and holding placards effectively saying "Bulldoze their homes, farms and businesses out there!"?

Can you imagine how distressing that would be?.. Not only is that incredibly cruel, it's a demand based on no evidence or traffic data.

I understand it's a tough one to swallow, but no government can justify spending more for something that does less.

The idea to co-design the highway through or around Burrill Lake with locals of Burrill Lake is novel. I hope people get behind this, rather than shouting slogans wanting to bulldoze homes and build a bypass that quite simply wouldn't do the job people want it to do.

A move to change the Princes Highway speed limit from 100 to 80 kilometres per hour is ridiculous.

Soon the limit will be 80km/h from Nowra to Milton, it takes longer now than it did in the 80s.

The speed limits are fine. Build the Jervis Bay Road overpass and be done with it.

Are they really going to reduce the Princes Highway speed limit to 80km/h?

Really ? You have got to be kidding ! Another revenue raising scheme?

How much extra time do you expect us to accept, as a good thing, the trip to and from work? It's fortunate that council elections are happening soon.
