ISLHD has confirmed the two reported case in NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian's 11am press conference were not in the Shoalhaven and were in fact "in the Wollongong area".
The Illawarra Mercury is reporting Wollongong Dermatology has been notified by NSW Health that a confirmed COVID case visited the practice on July 15.
In a phone recording to patients, the practice says the case visited the Church Street facility between 10am and 11am on that day.
The practice is now closed until further notice, with patients being contacted to rearrange appointments.
While on the Southern Highlands a doctor working in Campbelltown Hospital, who lives in the Wingecarribee Shire, has been diagnosed with COVID-19.

NSW recorded 98 locally-acquired cases of COVID-19 in the 24 hours to 8pm Sunday, with Ms Berejiklian saying 20 of the new cases were infectious in the community
There are currently 82 people in hospital, 24 in ICU.
Of the 98 new cases, 61 are linked to known clusters including 43 household contacts and 18 close contacts.
The source of infections for 37 cases is still under investigation.
Of the 98 locally acquired cases reported, from almost 76,000 tests, to 8pm last night
- 67 are from South Western Sydney Local Health District (LHD)
- 11 are from Western Sydney LHD, eight are from Sydney LHD
- 7 are from South Eastern Sydney LHD
- 2 are from Illawarra Shoalhaven LHD
- 2 are from Northern Sydney LHD and one is from Nepean Blue Mountains LHD.
Ms Berejiklian urged families to stay in the family home and not visit relatives.
She said most transmissions were occurring within houses and workplaces.
"Be extra careful in relation to workplaces and in relation to your own family members who don't live in your household, these are two areas we need to work on," she said.
Ms Berejiklian said the impact of the harsher restrictions won't be seen for a couple more days.
"I know NSW is up for the task, I know we can beat this thing," she said.
Victoria recorded 13 cases of COVID in the 24 hours to midnight, one of which was announced on Sunday.
On Sunday, the state recorded 105 new cases of COVID-19, 27 of which were infectious while in the community.
Ms Berejiklian announced on Sunday a woman in her 90s had died.
A total of 66 of Sunday's cases were linked to known clusters while 39 remain under investigation.
NSW Health reported its ongoing sewage surveillance program, in samples collected on July 15, detected fragments of the virus that causes COVID-19 in a number of catchments in Greater Sydney, including Wollongong, Rouse Hill, and Port Kembla.
