Matt set off on his Cape to Cape eastern seaboard walk seven days ago and his going along strongly.
"Bout to start day number seven will tick over the 300km mark today [Tuesday July 20]," he posted.
"The body is in great nick and feeling the love," he added.
"Thank you for all the donations so far. Let's keep the ball rolling!"Tell your friends! Tell your workmates! Tell your family!
"I'm out here slogging to show you that it is a life worth living."
He started from Cape York and will walk to South East Cape - the southernmost point of the mainland of Tasmania.
The trip is a 4,800-kilometre walk.
He has the authority to fundraise from The Black Dog Institute, which is good timing as tax time is just around the corner. The Fundraising ID: 491739.
He also has the authority to raise funds from RUOK and LIVIN - a group that aims to reduce the stigma around mental health.
