In general people in the Shoalhaven and South Coast are rolling up their sleeves to take part in the COVID-19 vaccine rollout.
We decided to take a look at how the Shoalhaven and South Coast regions are doing when it comes to the vaccine rollout.
The data comes from here and were taken on the morning of Friday, August 20.
The total vaccination administered total includes first and second jabs.
The number of people in the Nowra area now fully vaccinated is below 30 percent.
The Nowra area has an eligible population number of 21219 and between 20 to 29 percent of these residents are now fully vaccinated.
However, the total number of administered vaccinations is impressive and stands at 17000 to 17999, while between 50 to 59 percent of the population has had their first dose.
The Berry area may only have 6486 eligible members of its population able to get vaccinated but its rates are high.
Between 70 to 79 percent of the eligible Berry population has had their first jab and between 40 to 49 have received both.
Around 7000 to 7999 Berry residents have received either their first or second jabs.
The Bay and Basin area receives a pass mark when it comes to vaccination rates.
Of its eligible population number of 39553 between 50 to 59 percent of the population have received their first jab and 30 to 39 percent are now fully vaccinated.
Between 33000 to 33999 vaccinations have been given in the Bay and Basin area.
In the Ulladulla area between 30 to 39 percent of the eligible population of 16251 people are now fully vaccinated.
Between 1600 to 16999 vaccines have been administered and between 60 to 69 percent of the population has got their first dose.
People in the Batemans Bay region look like they are supporting the nation's vaccine rollout.
The total number of administered vaccines, which once again takes in first and second jabs, comes in at between 13000 to 13999.
In the Batemans Bay area between 60 to 69 percent of the 15261 eligible population members have got their first dose and between 30 to 39 percent are now fully vaccinated.
The Bega area has a high rate of people who have received their first dose.
Of the eligible population base of 13058 between 60 to 69 percent of the population has had their first dose and between 30 to 39 percent of the population is now fully vaccinated.
Between 11000 to 11999 vaccinations in total have been administered in the Bega area.
The rates look a little low in the Wollongong area with only 20 to 29 percent of the eligible population of 39272 now fully vaccinated.
A total of between 27000 to 27999 vaccines have been administered and between 40 to 49 percent have received their first dose.
Nearby in the Kiama area, the percentages are higher.
Kiama has an eligible population of 13847 and between 14000 to 14999 doses have been administered.
Between 30 to 39 percent of the eligible Kiama population have received both doses and 60 to 69 percent have received their first.
Let's have a look at two other regional areas in NSW.
In the Byron Bay area, the total number of vaccinations administered is between 6000 to 6999 from an eligible population base of 11107.
Between 30 to 39 percent of people in the Byron Bay area have received their first dose and between 10 to 19 percent are fully vaccinated.
Out west in the Dubbo area, the numbers are a bit higher than up North.
Between 21000 to 21999 vaccines in total have been administered to the eligible population base of 33190.
The Dubbo area has 40 to 49 percent of its population given their first dose and between 20 to 29 percent of the population is now fully vaccinated.
About 5.6 million jabs have been given in NSW, meaning 54 percent of people are fully vaccinated.
