Flying the Shoalhaven flag will be Regal Lodge's Art Cadeau, who earlier this year won the Country Championship final at Royal Randwick.
That course will again be the stage for Terry Robinson's five-year-old gelding to prove why he is one of the top horses in the country over 1200 metres.
Standing in the way of Art Cadeau and jockey Tommy Berry, who will once again ride the Shoalhaven Heads-based horse, are 13 other strong competitors for the $1.3 million prizemoney.
Headlining that group is 2019 winner Handle the Truth, trained by Canberra's Keith Dryden.
Five of the field are from Scone, including Paul Messara's Ceasefire, Cameron Crockett's Mr Hussill, Stephen Jones' Nadaraja, Brett Cavanough's Patino Ruby and Rodney Northham's Spiranac, while Tamworth's Cody Morgan has both Edit and Ice in Vancouver in the race.
Rounding out the field are Trevor Hardy's Aheadofhistime, Geoff Duryea's Front Page, Tony Sergi's Island Bay Boy, Warren Gavenlock's Plonka and Mitchell Beer's Sunrise Ruby.
