The opening of the FAB [Farmers at Burrill] Farmers' Market tomorrow [Friday October 22] means a summer of the freshest food available from the Shoalhaven's famous food bowl.

Operated by the Ulladulla Milton Lions Club, the FAB Markets' 2020/2021 season proved that the local community and visitors to the Shoalhaven relished the opportunity to meet local farmers and buy their super fresh produce.
The President of the Lions Club, Margaret Clarke, said FAB and other farmers' markets had continued to provide essential services to the community during the pandemic.
"There's nothing more essential than fresh food, and FAB will provide the opportunity to stock the pantry and the fridge for a fortnight", Margaret said.
"FAB operates at the beautiful Lions Park, right next to Burrill Lake, every second Friday evening from 5pm to 7pm to take advantage of daylight saving".
"This season will run to the end of February, and we're excited to announce that our favourite farmers will return, with the addition of some new producers and some wonderful new products".
FAB is a COVID-19 Safe operation, and they are assiduous in our QR check in procedures, securing the perimeter of the market, providing hand sanitisers and hand washing facilities, and monitoring safe distancing.
"We're committed to keeping our community safe," Margaret said.
