Twenty members and guests took part in the usual Friday 'Walk to Talk' in Nowra, appropriate as this year's Veterans' Health Week theme is 'Get Moving'.
The group enjoyed a leisurely walk around Harry Sawkins Park before returning to the Shoalhaven Entertainment Centre to partake in a special Department of Veterans Affairs backed cooked breakfast.

The Keith Payne Group has another three events planned for Veterans' Health Week.
This Wednesday, October 27 a men's exercise physiologist luncheon will be held between 11.30am and 1.30pm at the Shoalhaven Entertainment Centre.
On Saturday, October 30 a bushwalk and barbecue lunch at the Depot Road picnic area, West Nowra, between 11.30am and 2pm.
And on Wednesday, November 3, another exercise physiologist luncheon for the women's group, between 11.30am and 1.30pm at the Shoalhaven Entertainment Centre.
Of course the weekly Keith Payne VC Veterans Benefits Group's Walk to Talk events are also held each Monday (from 8am) and Friday (from 7.30am), meeting at the Shoalhaven Entertainment Centre, for a walk around Harry Sawkins Park, followed by a coffee at the Encore Cafe.
