"I have learned from many women and from my experience that there is still such a stigma around it in society and women don't know there is support for them," she said.

"I have created an online free webinar to show women there is support available and it is created by an Angel mum - me," Sharna went onto explain.

"I want women to know they can transform their life after loss and still honour their little loves."
