The Capogreco family business has existed for just under 40 years.
Carlo’s father Tony opened the original establishment in 1977-78.
Carlo said at the opening of the adjacent section on Wednesday night (October 19) attended by around 50 people “this has been my ultimate dream to do something like this for Ulladulla”.
“It’s been in my head for a long time.”
The two restaurants will continue to trade side by side.
Initially Carlo will open for lunch and dinner each day and “maybe in the morning when things get busier” in holiday season.
Tony will keep the home pizza fire burning and offer the usual menu next door in the original restaurant.
