Proponent Roger Black will speak at the meeting about the Milton developed, which includes an 89-bed residential care facility, 134 single storey independent living units, and a further 133 independent living units housed within seven three storey buildings.
Also in the plans is a medical centre, a gym, a swimming pool, and a restaurant.

The public is invited to come and hear about the proposal, ask questions, and to comment.
The meeting on July 3 will begin at 7pm in the lower level of the Civic Centre.
Other local government matters related to Ulladulla will also be discussed.
The Ulladulla and Districts Community Forum is a Community Consultative Body to Shoalhaven City Council that acts as a local forum for discussion of local government and related matters relevant to Ulladulla, Mollymook, Narrawallee, Dolphin Point, and Burrill Lake.
The Forum meets the first Monday evening of each month in the Lower Civic Centre Ulladulla.
