Start choosing your music and getting some combinations together if you have not already done so.
You can perform in a group or as an individual.
There is no limit on music so it can be a short or long performance.
Mother and daughter duo Jodie and Brodie McCluskey will both perform in the showcase next term.
Both have excelled since starting the sport.
If you are having trouble with your routine, please ask an instructor for help or come along to the Saturday Spin Time to practise.
South Coast Pole Studio also runs a dance class on Monday at 7.15pm which focuses on just learning a routine to various styles of dance.
This may also interest any one that is interested in piecing all their moves together into a full routine.
Spin time will be on this Saturday at 10-11am for any student who wants to come and practise.
A few new classes will be running next term ready for spring.
The studio will run “Abs and Butt” and “pure fitness” classes.
These classes are fitness classes and not pole classes so anyone is welcome.
The studio will run its usual “pole fitness” classes for adults, “pole monkey” children’s aerial acrobatics classes for children and the “pole diva” routine classes for students who want to just work on how to choreograph their tricks into a routine.
