Milton played Kiama in the first game and were feeling the pressure of the finals, only scoring two baskets in the first quarter.
Shaking that off the boys came out fighting in the next quarter, pushing hard in defence against the tall Kiama boys to take this quarter.
The second half was close with Milton keeping up the pressure but unfortunately the baskets just wouldn't fall and Milton went down by only four points in this game.
Milton then played Goulburn in game two and the boys looked all class.
Great teamwork, defence and shooting gave them a good win, taking the game by 10.
After only losing three games all year, they split the finals, meaning Milton played against Moss Vale for the title of division two winners.
Milton came out firing for this grand final game with all players giving their all.
Josh Miller fought off a chest infection and played beautifully, making some great shots.
His brother Cameron always chases that ball and manages to get all over the court.
Big Ben Haddad, despite getting injured, kept on jumping to get tons of rebounds.
The golden hand of Cam Pollett sank some lovely outside shots.
Alex Dadd was always chasing and was never afraid to take it to the big guys.
Josh Dorrell showed great ball handling, getting it over the line.
Lachie Emslie had a great day rebounding and stealing.
Jett Carey is super quick and made some great layups, Jack Chappell always gets in good postion and backs up his team and Ziad El Tobgy has the most beautiful shooting style.
All these boys pulled together to win the final against Moss Vale by six points.
It was a great game to watch and Moss Vale showed great sportsmanship all game.
A big thanks to coach Cath for pushing the boys to their full potential, and all the parents for their help and support.
