Fundraising efforts of the October long weekend were also reported on. The Civic Centre showcased beautiful displays of flowers, plants and produce with items for sale including all the craft goods from the Auxiliary stand, kindly donated by Auxiliary members and friends.
The success of the raffle was due to the great prize being donated by various businesses, members of the garden club and auxiliary.
