But instead of rotting fish, The Fishheads will offer up an onslaught of hits from the rock and country genre.
There is nothing too epic for the band’s members Dave Nolan (guitar/vocals), Bob Clarke (bass/vocals), Jim Williams (guitar/vocals) and Jeff Rogers (drums/percussion/vocals) as they play hits from the Rolling Stones, Creedence Clearwater Revival, Hank Williams, Johnny Cash, Willie Nelson and the Beatles, to name just a few.
As well as their plethora of tunes, Jim, dressed in a leopard skin suit, will keep the audience entertained with his best, sometimes inappropriate but always funny jokes.
A regular at local music haunts, the band is fresh from its rocking role as the band at the recent Rock Quiz night at the Milton Theatre.
Don’t miss your chance at a killer night of music with The Fishheads.
Get down to The Star this Friday from 8pm.
