What a great venue with a view to die for, thankyou to our sponsor Mollymook Golf Club and we look forward to continuing our relationship with you into the future, developing athletes, helping them to achieve their best.
Our AGM was held first and I we have some new faces for the 2015/16 season.
Sue and Nick Smith have agreed to take on the roles of senior and junior vice presidents, Sharon Dowton is staying on as secretary and treasurer, Catherine Lucas is also staying on as registrar, Paul Lucas will continue to be our barbecue coordinator, Moo Dath has taken on the role of publicity officer with Toni Williams, Amanda Greenhalgh and Tim Hargreaves joining the general committee.
Our long serving vice president Sue Whitford is stepping down after more than a decade of volunteer service to the club however we will be lucky enough to be able to call upon Sue for assistance when needed, the club would like to thank Sue for all her work over the years.
We have also been lucky enough to acquire the services of another coach Andae Kalemusic.
Andae is a former athlete herself as well as the mother and coach of the very talented local athletes Stephanie, Danielle and Kristin.
Kristin has represented Australia in hurdles at the Oceania championships in 2013, so we very much welcome all the support and assistance that Andea and her talented family can provide.
