The first round of applications close on October 10 and the crew of 24 will be selected by ballot.

No sailing experience is necessary although applicants need to be between 16 and 23 years old.

Participants will keep watch, take the helm, cook in the galley, navigate using the ship’s charts and climb the 30 metre mast.
