Nearly a decade on and four-piece of men aged around 40 are about to release their fifth album, Friday Night Heroes, with a launch party at Bulli Heritage Hotel on July 23.
Cunningham reckons they’ve lasted this long because they’re grounded people and don’t let the band take over their lives, keeping it “real”.

The result, “down the line rock’n’roll” said Cunningham.
“There’s no money in it,” he said. “But when we get together we know we have a really good time.”
