To lose weight, we must eat in a calorie deficit, meaning we must consume less calories than our body needs to maintain its current weight. Not doing this in a way that can be maintained, will only set you up to fail. Nutrition contributes to 80 per cent of your fat loss goal, the other 20 per cent (exercise) shouldn't take up 80 per cent of your time. Work smarter not longer. – Dane Garnon
