Kiama's saw them gain the minor premiership on 36 points.
Third placegetters Albion Park Oak Flats played a 6-all draw with Berry seeing them finish on 27.
Fourth placed Jamberoo (26) defeated Shellharbour 18-6, and fifth placegetters Nowra Bomaderry (24) defeated Warilla 28-10.
Milton Ulladulla will now meet Albion Park-Oak Flats in the qualifying semi-final at Ron Costello Oval on Sunday at 8.45am.
Gates will open at 7.45am.
In ideal conditions, Saturday's game at Mollymook saw Milton Ulladulla lead 10-6 at half-time.
In the second half Kiama had the better of play with the major share of possession and their defensive line forced Milton into errors.
The day saw the return of Ebony Murray, however she was denied her running game from fullback with Milton defending most of the second half.
After eight minutes Milton speedster Taryn Love crossed with Ebony Murray converting.
Allana Glasson responed in the 17th minute with top goal kicker Kristy Church converting at 6-all.
In the 22nd minute the improving Emma Haynes scored to put Milton in front at the break.
Ebony Murray missed the shot at goal.
Kiama’s speedster Brooke Smith scored in the fourth and 12th minutes of the second half with Church converting giving the visitors an eight-point margin.
Milton kept their composure and stuck to their game plan but it was Alex Westlake who scored next, extending Kiama's lead to 22-10.
Late in the game Taryn Love, who was one of Milton Ulladulla's best players for the game, kicked into Kiama's in goal to touch down.
Milton Ulladulla were hoping for another converted try to equal the score but the clock put an end to the game.
Milton's defence was strong all day and they shut down many scoring opportunities.
Kiama's team contained four Australian representatives, two of who might be unavailable on grand final day.
If Milton can hold their form they should defeat Albion Park this weekend. They proved on Saturday that they can stay in a game when under pressure. This aspect was not fully tested during the season proper when they won most of their games by 50-plus points and held many teams scoreless.
Ebony Murray with 216 will take out the top point scorer award in all grades of the Group 7 competition, followed by Mark Brandon from the Nowra Bomaderry Jets in first grade on 188 and Brock Caton from Stingrays in under 18's, also on 188.
Danny Wedd from Gerringong in reserve grade on 124 ran fourth, and in third grade, Rodney Carpenter scored 104.
The Milton Ulladulla Ex Servos first, reserve and under 18 grades all had byes in the last round of the competition.
